Το Ινστιτούτο Έρευνας & Κατάρτισης Ευρωπαϊκών Θεμάτων με αφορμή τους κλυδωνισμούς που δέχεται η Ελλάδα και η Ευρώπη στον οικονομικό, κοινωνικό και θεσμικό τομέα πραγματοποίησε από την 1η Μαΐου μέχρι και την 1η Ιουνίου, με μεγάλη επιτυχία, μια έρευνα κοινής γνώμης με θέμα «Καταγραφή των απόψεων της νέας γενιάς σχετικά με την Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και την πορεία της στο μέλλον», με βασικό στόχο να αφουγκραστεί τις απόψεις και τις ανησυχίες της νέας γενιάς όπως οι ίδιοι τις εκφράζουν μέσα από την έρευνα.
Η έρευνα κατάφερε να δώσει αποτελέσματα από 300 νέους, οι οποίοι είχαν κυρίως υψηλή εκπαιδευτική μόρφωση, τα οποία θα μπορέσουν να μας δώσουν μια εικόνα για το μέλλον της Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα η νέα γενιά θεωρεί σημαντικό για την επίτευξη της ευρωπαϊκής ολοκλήρωσης την πολιτική και οικονομική σύγκλιση της Ευρώπης, με κοινούς στόχους και όραμα. Από την άλλη πλευρά η ενοποίηση της Ευρώπης φοβίζει τους νέους αφού θεωρούν πως θα πληγούν οι κοινωνικές δομές των κρατών και πως θα δημιουργηθούν κοινωνικές ανισότητες. Επίσης τονίζουν την αναγκαιότητα δημιουργίας θεσμικού πλαισίου, αλλά και πολιτικής αποφασιστικότητας καθότι η διαδικασία ολοκλήρωσης δεν μπορεί να επιτευχθεί χωρίς την πολιτική πρωτοβουλία των κρατών μελών. Η ευρωπαϊκή φιλοσοφία που δείχνουν να έχουν οι νέοι μπορούμε να πούμε πως προέρχεται από το οικογενειακό, φιλικό και ακαδημαϊκό τους περιβάλλον το οποίο έχει αρκετά θετικές σκέψεις προς την ευρωπαϊκή ενοποίηση.
Συμπερασματικά, το Ινστιτούτο προτείνοντας στους ερωτηθέντες μέσω της έρευνας κάποιες προτάσεις ενίσχυσης του ευρωπαϊκού οράματος αλλά και της πρόσβασης των νέων στους ευρωπαϊκούς θεσμούς κατέληξε σε συγκεκριμένες θέσεις οι οποίες επιβεβαιώθηκαν από την ίδια τη νέα γενιά. προτάσεις όπως:
- Αναδιοργάνωση & αναβάθμιση των υπηρεσιών πληροφόρησης & υποστήριξης του διαδικτυακού τόπου,
- Ανάπτυξη & προώθηση προγραμμάτων χρηματοδότησης εκπαιδευτικών ιδεών,
- Επιδότηση ασφαλιστικών εισφορών για νέους απασχολούμενους & αυτό-απασχολούμενους
- Αναβάθμιση & ενίσχυση του μαθήματος ευρωπαϊκών θεσμών στη Δευτεροβάθμια & στην Τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση, καθώς & σύνδεση με τους ευρωπαϊκούς φορείς απασχόλησης
- Αξιοποίηση εμπειριών μεγαλύτερων ατόμων (θεσμός του Μέντορα)
The Institute of Research and Training on European Affairs, on the occasion of the fact that Greece and Europe lurch in the economic, social and institutional sectors, realized from the 1st May until the 1st June, with big success, a public opinion research with the subject: “Inventory of the younger generation’s views regarding the European Union and its course in the future”, with main goal to listen to the opinions and concerns of the younger generation as they express them through the research.
The research managed to give results from 300 young people, who mostly had high educational culture, results that could give as an image of the European Union’s future. According to the results, the younger generation considers important for the achievement of the European integration, the political and economic convergence in Europe, with common goals and vision. On the other hand, the unification of Europe frightens the young people since they believe that the social structures of states will be distressed and that social inequalities will be created. They also stress the need to establish an institutional, but also a political determination framework as the process of integration cannot be achieved without the political initiative of the member states. The European philosophy that young people seem to have we could say that comes from their family, friends and academic environment which has enough positive thoughts towards European unification.
In conclusion, the Institute suggesting to the respondents through this research some proposals of strengthening of the European vision but also of access of the young people in the European institutions reached to some specific positions which were confirmed by the very younger generation. Proposals such as:
Reorganization and upgrade of the information and website support services
Development and promotion of funding programs of educational ideas
Subsidization of insurance contributions for young employees and self employed
Upgrade and strengthening of the subject of “European institutions” in secondary and tertiary education, and also connection with European employment bodies
Utilization of older people’s experiences (Institution of Mentor)Suite aux perturbations qui touchent la Grèce et l’Europe en matière de l’économie, de la société et des institutions, l’Institut de recherche et de formation aux affaires européennes a réalisé avec réussite du 1er mai au 1er juin un sondage d’opinion intitulé « L’opinion de la nouvelle génération à propos de l’Union européenne et son avenir », ayant comme but de recueillir les opinions et les inquiétudes des jeunes, exprimés par eux-mêmes.
Les résultats de l’enquête ont été formés d’un échantillon de 300 jeunes, ayant réalisé des études supérieures, nous permettant de créer le profil de l’Union européenne dans l’avenir. Selon les résultats, la convergence politique et économique de l’Europe, avec des buts et des visions communs, est considérée par les jeunes comme indispensable à l’accomplissement de l’intégration européenne. De l’autre côté, l’unification de l’Europe fait peur aux jeunes parce qu’ils pensent qu’elle va frapper les structures sociales des états et créer de l’injustice. Ils font aussi souligner la nécessité de création d’un cadre institutionnel ainsi que du dynamisme de la part des politiciens vu que le processus de l’intégralité ne pourra être achevé qu’avec des initiatives des pays membres. On pourrait dire que la mentalité européenne que l’on rencontre aux jeunes vient des cercles familiaux, amicaux et universitaires ayant des tendances positives envers l’intégration européenne.
Pour conclure, l’Institut ayant demandé aux participants de faire des propositions portant sur le renforcement de la vision européenne et l’accès des jeunes aux institutions européennes a conclu à certaines positions, confirmées aussi par les jeunes, telles que :
- Réorganiser et améliorer les services d’information et d’appui sur Internet
- Lancer et promouvoir des programmes d’aide destinés à des idées pédagogiques
- Recouvrir des cotisations de sécurités sociales destinées à de nouveaux employés et des travailleurs indépendants
- Améliorer et enrichir le cours d’institutions européennes dans l’enseignement secondaire et supérieure ainsi que créer la connexion avec les services européens d’emploi
- Bénéficier de la sagesse de personnes expérimentées (Mentorat)
