Το Ινστιτούτο Έρευνας & Κατάρτισης Ευρωπαϊκών Θεμάτων πραγματοποιεί ημερίδα στις 23 Νοεμβρίου 2012 από τις 10:00 ως τις 15:00 στην αίθουσα εκδηλώσεων του Γαλλικού Ινστιτούτου οδός Σίνα 31, Αθήνα με θέμα:The Institute of Research and Training on European Affairs realizes a conference on 23 November 2012 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in the hall of the French Institute, 31, Sina street, Athens with the subject:
“The geopolitical revision of the status quo in the South – Eastern region of the Mediterranean”
At a critical juncture for Greece and the European Union, the Southeastern region of the Mediterranean is reclassified and the international field evolves greatly, the absence of the European Union from the area, the outward Davutoglu doctrine from Turkey, the visits of the Prime Minister of Israel in Greece and Cyprus, the spread of the Arab Spring and the attempt to install great powers in the area have created an intense interest in international relations and energy.
Our goal is to promote a dialogue on this crucial matter for the coming period, to provide stimuli for further analysis, but also to come up with conclusions for the international political scene.
Due to the limited number of seats of the hall and in order to obtain the relevant certificate, the participants have to send an e-mail at the central e-mail of the Institute so as to be registered to the list of participants.

Un Colloque organisé par l’Institut de recherche et de formation sur les affaires européennes aura lieu le 23 novembre 2012 de 10h00 à 15h00 dans les locaux de l’Institut français de Grèce, 31 rue Sina, Athènes avec comme sujet :
«La révision géopolitique du status quo dans la région de Sud-est Méditerranée»
Dans la conjoncture actuelle tellement critique pour la Grèce et l’Union européenne, on remarque des bouleversements au sein de la région de Sud-est Méditerranée ainsi que des évolutions rapides quant aux enjeux internationaux. L’Union européenne en absence de la région, la doctrine de M. Davutoğlu mise en vigueur par la Turquie, les visites réalisées par le Premier Ministre d’Israël en Grèce et en Chypre, la propagation du Printemps arabe ainsi que les grandes puissances essayant de trouver leur place dans la région présentent du grand intérêt pour les études internationales et pour l’enjeu énergétique.
L’Institut a pour objectif d’encourager dans le temps à venir le dialogue portant sur le sujet épineux en question, d’inciter son analyse et d’arriver aussi à des conclusions concernant l’actualité politique internationale.

«Η γεωπολιτική αναθεώρηση του status quo στη περιοχή της Νοτιοανατολικής Μεσογείου»
Σε μία κρίσιμη συγκυρία για την Ελλάδα και την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, η περιοχή της Νοτιοανατολικής Μεσογείου ανακατατάσσεται και η διεθνής σκακιέρα εξελίσσεται με έντονους ρυθμούς. Η απουσία της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης από την περιοχή, η εξωτερίκευση του δόγματος Νταβούτογλου από την Τουρκία, η επισκέψεις του πρωθυπουργού του Ισραήλ σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο, η εξάπλωση της Αραβικής Άνοιξης και η προσπάθεια εγκατάστασης των μεγάλων Δυνάμεων στην περιοχή έχουν δημιουργήσει έντονο διεθνολογικό και ενεργειακό ενδιαφέρον.
Στόχος μας είναι η προώθηση του διαλόγου επί του εν λόγω φλέγοντος ζητήματος για το επόμενο χρονικό διάστημα, η παροχή ερεθισμάτων για περαιτέρω ανάλυσή του, αλλά και η κατάληξη σε συμπεράσματα για τη διεθνή πολιτική σκηνή.
