ERASMUS+ Youth Exchange Project “Trip 2 Tolerance: the Evolution”

The Institute of Research & Training on European Affairs- I.R.T.E.A., as the Lead Partner, in cooperation with 5 European Institutions, organizes the Project “Trip 2 Tolerance: the Evolution” funded by the ERASMUS+ Youth Programme of the European Union. The Project is the development of the European funded Project under ERASMUS+ Youth Programme “Trip 2 Tolerance”, which was successfully implemented in 2017.

The Project regards to the mobility of 38 young people from the 5 participating European countries (Greece, Sweden, F.Y.R.O.M., Latvia, Romania) and its topic focuses on the understanding of the Refugee Issue and Migration, the promotion of peace’s and tolerance’s values and the active participation of young people.

Trip 2 Tolerance: the Evolution is based on the non-typical learning method through interactive activities, trainings, workshops and study visits, as well as on the cultural assets’ exchange and the interaction, not only between the participants, but also with refugees, with a view to eliminate discrimination and to develop solidarity among young people.

The mobility will be implemented from Monday, November 19th to Tuesday, November 27th, 2018 in Athens.

Ten (10) young people between 18-25 years old, living in Athens and fluent in English (as the working language is of the Programme is English) are eligible to participate in the Project.
