Το Ινστιτούτο Έρευνας και Κατάρτισης Ευρωπαϊκών Θεμάτων ως μέλος του δικτύου Youth 4 Europe με την υποστήριξη της Αντιπροσωπείας της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής στην Ελλάδα ξεκίνησε έναν διαγωνισμό αρθρογραφίας δίνοντας στους νέους την ευκαιρία να εκφράσουν τις ανησυχίες τους.
Η υποβολή άρθρων ή δοκιμίων ολοκληρώθηκε στις 9 Ιουνίου 2013 . Ο διαγωνισμός αφορούσε προπτυχιακούς και μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές. Τα άρθρα θα αξιολογήθηκαν και αξιολογηθού από τον κ. Αγανίδη Υπ. Διδάκτωρ Πολιτικής Επιστήμης και Διδάσκων Ευρωπαϊκών Θεσμών στο New York College.
Το θέμα ήταν:
«Ποια είναι τα δικαιώματα και οι υποχρεώσεις του Ευρωπαίου πολίτη και ποιά η σημασία της ευρωπαϊκής ιθαγενειας;»
«Πως θα μπορούσε πρακτικά να ενισχύσει η Ε.Ε. το ρόλο του Ευρωπαίου πολίτη;»
Οι νικητές του Διαγωνισμού είναι:
1η θέση: το κείμενο του φοιτητή κ. Προσμητρέλλη– «Δικαιώματα και υποχρεώσεις του Ευρωπαίου Πολίτη και ενίσχυση του ρόλου του»
2η θέση: το κείμενο του φοιτητή κ. Στραβοραβδή- “A Europe for its citizens”
3η θέση: το κείμενο του φοιτητή κ. Δελαβίνια– «Η ευρωπαϊκή ιθαγένεια – Η ενίσχυση του ρόλου του Ευρωπαίου πολίτη και η αίσθηση Ευρωπαϊσμού μέσω αυτού»
4η θέση: το κείμενο της κα. Μπότση– «Ποια είναι η αληθινή Ευρώπη;»
Οι νικητές του διαγωνισμού :
- Θα λάβουν μια τσάντα του Ινστιτούτου με booklets και ενημερωτικό υλικό της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, τα οποία έχουν ως θέμα την Ασφάλεια και Εξωτερική πολιτική, την Βιώσιμη Ανάπτυξη, την Οικονομική Πολιτική και τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα.
- Θα συναντηθούν με τον Αναπληρωτή επί κεφαλής και Υπεύθυνο επικοινωνίας και ευρωπαϊκών δικτύωντης Αντιπροσωπείας της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής στην Ελλάδα, κ. Περουλάκη σε μια κλειστού τύπου συνάντηση με σκοπό οι αρθρογράφοι να εκφράσουν τις απόψεις τους επάνω στο θέμα.

The Institute of Research and Training on European Affairs, as a member of the network “Youth 4 Europe” and with the support of the Representation of the European Commission in Greece, is beginning an editorial contest giving young people the opportunity to express their concerns.
The submission of the articles or essays was completed on 9 June 2013. The contest was open to both undergraduate and graduate students. Mr. Aganidis, Ph.D. Candidate in Political Science and European Institutions of the New York College evaluated the articles.
The topic was:
“What are the rights and the obligations of the European citizen and which is the importance of the European citizenship?”
“How could the E.U. practically enhance the role of the European citizen?”
The winners of the contest are:
1st place: the text of the student Mr. Prosmitrellis – “Rights and obligations of the European citizen and enhancement of its role”
2nd place: the text of the student Mr. Stravoravdis – “A Europe for its citizens”
3rd place: the text of the student Mr. Delavinias – “Rights and obligations of the European citizenship – The enhancement of the European citizen’s role and the feeling of Europeanism through it”
4th place: the text of Mrs. Mpotsi – “Who is the real Europe?”
The winners of the contest:
1. Will receive from the Institute a bag with booklets and informative material from the European Union, which are related to topics such as Security and Foreign Policy, Sustainable Development, Economic Policy and Human Rights.
2. Will meet with the Deputy Head and Head of Communications for the Representation of the European Commission in Greece, Mr. Peroulaki, in a closed type meeting in order for the columnists to express their opinions on the topic.

L’Institut de recherche et de formation aux affaires européennes en tant que membre du réseau « Youth for Europe » a lancé, avec le soutien de la Délégation de la Commission européenne en Grèce, le 1er concours d’articles permettant ainsi aux jeunes d’exprimer leurs inquiétudes.
Le dépôt des articles ou des dissertations s’est clôturé le 9 juin 2013. Le concours a été destiné aux étudiants de licence et de master. Les articles ont été évalués par M. Aganidis, Doctorant des Sciences Politiques et Professeur des Institutions européennes à New York College.
Le sujet était le suivant :
« Quelles sont les droits et les obligations du citoyen européen et quelle est le valeur de la nationalité européenne ? »
« Comment pourrait-elle l’Europe renforcer le rôle du citoyen européen en pratique ? »
Palmarès du concours :
1er place : Article de M. Prosmitrellis sous le titre: «Droits et obligations du citoyen européen et renforcement de son rôle»
2e place : Article de M. Stravoravdis sous le titre : «Une Europe pour ses citoyens»
3e place : Article de M. Delavinia sous le titre : «La nationalité européenne – Renforcer le rôle du Citoyen européen et se sortir Européen en cela»
4e place : Article de M. Mpotsis sous le titre : «La vraie Europe, c’est laquelle?»
Le palmarès du concours auront la chance de :
1) Recevoir un sac de l’Institut plein de brochures et de matériel d’information de l’Union européenne, portant sur la Sécurité et la Politique étrangère, le Développement durable, la Politique financière et les Droits de l’Homme.
2) Se rencontrer avec M. Peroulakis, adjoint de communication et de réseaux européens de la Délégation de la Commission européenne en Grèce, lors d’une rencontre fermée afin que les rédacteurs des articles expriment leurs opinions sur le sujet..
